If You were to die tonight, where would you spend Eternity?

Heaven??       Or the Lake of Fire??  How do you know for sure??

It is amazing that even as young people, somehow we just know there is a Heaven

and a Hell. How is that possible? Romans 1:19 and 20 (Amplified version) reads as

follows: V:19 “For that which is known about God is evident to them and made

plain in their inner consciousness, because God (Himself) has shown it to them.

V:20 “For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes,

that is, His eternal power and divinity have been made intelligible and clearly

discernable in and through the things that have been made – His handiworks. So

men are without excuse – altogether without any defense or justification.

As we rewind the days we have spent here on Earth, there have been a number of

significant days that we can remember. The truth, we could not wait for the

special days to get here. Furthermore, these days came and went. We are ticking

to a day when we will stand face to face with Jesus, individually.

Hebrews 9:27 (Amplified version) reads, “And just as it is appointed for (all) men

once to die and after that (certain) judgement.”   Just like all the significant days

of your life came and went, this day is coming also.

God loves us so much, that He made provision for us to spend eternity with Him!!

John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that

whosoever believeth in Him would not perish, but have eternal life,”

1 John 5:11, “And this is the testimony that God gave us eternal life, and this life is

in His Son. Whoever has the Son has life, and whoever does not have the Son

does not have life.”

Both John 3:16 and 1 John 5:11 use the term “Eternal Life” or “Everlasting Life.”

Question….. How long is eternity? Have you ever closed your eyes and just about

how long forever would be??
